This diamond matrix segments are widely used for replacement of used segments on wall
saw blades which are designed to cut openings in walls, floors, bridges,
docks, dams, etc. They are capable of cutting through steel
reinforcement in all types of concrete, stone, bricks.
Under same bond condition, the
cutting speed and life of diamond matrix
segments are both minimum 20% more than other regular
segments.
Segments length: 20 or 40mm,
Segments height: 10mm, 12mm or 15mm,
Welding method:
laser welding or high frequency silver brazing.
Warning: no fire-welding. |
